  • Stripe — for payment processing

We do not store full payment card details. Payments are handled securely by Stripe.

How long we keep information

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the pubmates service.

If you delete your account:

  • All personal data associated with your user account is deleted immediately
  • If you are a venue owner, all data linked to your venue (including profile information, photos, events, and related content) is also deleted immediately

We do not retain personal data after account deletion, except where limited information may be required to comply with legal obligations (for example, payment or financial records where applicable).
